All products are handmade and will vary from product to product.

While I strive for perfection, there are times when flakes of glitter from other projects may make their way to your product. Typical production time is 3-4 weeks, shipping time not included.

Frequently asked questions

1. How long does it take to complete a cup?

I can generally get a cup finished and ready to ship in 3-4 weeks. Depending on how detailed the cup is.

2. What kind of designs can you do?

I am pretty much able to add just about any image to a cup, depending on how detailed the image is will depend on how clear it appears on the cup.

3. How long will it take for the item to be delivered?

Unfortunately I am not able to give an exact shipping time as that is determined by the post office. I will however provide a tracking number as soon as the package is dropped off at the post office so you are able to track your item.

4. Can I pick up my item?

Yes, if you are a local buyer I am able to arrange a time/place to pick up item.

5. When is payment due?

Once you message me to place an order, and you have given details wanted for your item, I will require full payment before starting any products. Half of shipping required for all items that require shipping.
